Drain Cleaning & Hydro-Jetting Services in Hamshire, TX

A clogged drain is often just a symptom of a larger problem deeper in your pipes. Store-bought chemical cleaners can damage your pipes and rarely solve the issue. We provide professional drain cleaning and hydro-jetting services in Hamshire, TX. We don't just poke a hole in the clog; we clean the pipe wall-to-wall to restore it to like-new condition.

Hydro-Jet Drain Cleaning

For recurring drain clogs, snaking isn't enough. We use hydro-jet drain cleaning, which utilizes high-pressure water streams (up to 4000 PSI) to scour the inside of your pipes. This blasts away years of built-up grease, soap scum, and mineral scale. It is also the most effective method for cutting through tree roots that have invaded your sewer line.

Trusted Plumbing Services for Businesses

Main Sewer Line Cleaning

If multiple fixtures in your home are backing up (e.g., the toilet gurgles when the shower runs), you have a main line blockage. We perform main sewer line cleaning to clear the obstruction. We follow this with a camera inspection to check for cracks, bellies, or severe root intrusion.

From Cleaning to Repair (The Solution)

Our goal is to keep your drains flowing. However, if our camera reveals that the pipe is collapsed or heavily damaged by roots, cleaning won't last. We use this diagnostic data to offer you permanent solutions, such as trenchless pipe repair or spot repairs, ensuring you stop throwing money at a broken pipe.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is the difference between snaking and jetting? Snaking uses a metal cable to punch a hole through the clog. Jetting uses water pressure to scrub the entire pipe clean. Jetting is superior for grease and long-term maintenance.
  • Does hydro-jetting damage pipes? We inspect the pipe with a camera first. If the pipe is structurally sound, jetting is safe. If the pipe is crumbling (like old Orangeburg), we will recommend replacement instead.
  • How do I know if I have root intrusion? Recurring clogs, gurgling noises, and a sewage smell in the yard are classic signs. Our camera inspection can confirm it visually.
  • Can you clean kitchen drains? Yes. Kitchen drains are often clogged with grease. Hydro-jetting is the only way to effectively remove heavy grease buildup.
  • How much does a camera inspection cost? We often bundle the camera inspection with our cleaning service. It gives you peace of mind knowing the line is truly clear.

Hamshire (/ˈhæmʃər/ HAM-shər) is an unincorporated community in western Jefferson County, Texas, United States. It is part of the Beaumont–Port Arthur Metropolitan Statistical Area and located on State Highway 124 twenty miles southwest of Beaumont. It was probably named for Lovan Hamshire, who developed the land as early as the 1870s. Hamshire was on the Gulf and Interstate Railway with a post office being established there in 1897. A townsite plat was filed in 1911 by Theodore F. Koch. Another major land dealer, Herbert Roedenbeck, subdivided additional land south of the railroad later that year, giving the subdivision the name Hamshire Gardens. Although there was interest shown by local rice farmers, Hamshire had only fifty inhabitants in 1928. The Fannett (1927) and Stowell (1941) oil fields discovery initiated new development in western Jefferson County. By 1940, the population in Hamshire had grown to 200. Natural gas production at the Hamshire field also continued to be of major importance to the community's economy through the 1980s. By 1985 the community had an estimated 350 residents and twenty-two businesses. In 1990 the population remained an estimated 350.
